The company faced challenges in providing a convenient online purchasing experience for their global distributors and service technicians, particularly in making it easy to find and order replacement parts guaranteed to fit specific equipment. They also needed a platform capable of supporting future growth and B2B website development, all within tight budget and timeline constraints. We created an integration with a mobile application used by service technicians and developed a custom experience on the product detail page. This allowed users to select parts by browsing a parts diagram and adding them to the shopping cart from the same screen.
We chose BigCommerce as the e-commerce platform, utilizing a marketplace theme as a foundation for customization and branding.
